Rob Waggitt

Director

Rob is the co-founder of Think Research and Director. He is a seasoned ATM Consultant having worked in the delivery of numerous ATM development & improvement activities in the UK, Europe and the Middle East for over 20 years.

Rob’s broad background ranges from ATM User Requirements Management, Simulation Management, Operational Analysis, Concept Validation, Airspace Implementation, and the management and delivery of large scale complex ATM improvement activities. Rob has worked closely with the UK ANSP NATS for the majority of his career and has developed strong working relationships within the organisation. Rob’s commitment to using his experience in a global remit has resulted in providing support within the Middle East supporting stakeholders in the oversight and delivery of significant operational improvement programmes for the region.
