Marketing Manager
Location: Bournemouth, UK.
Expected Hours: 0.6FTE, flexible hours.
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Full time equivalent. Dependent on experience.
Description: We are looking for an B2B Marketing Manager with a broad range of marketing skills to help the company achieve it’s vision of 50% growth by 2030.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing professional services and have a broad range of marketing skills including; relationship marketing, campaign planning, event management and content creation.
We are looking for a strategic and proactive individual that is able to direct and plan marketing activities to meet the company objectives and who is able to take a strategic view in identifying the marketing needs of the business.
This role requires an organised individual who can manage and prioritise workloads as well as being able to motivate the wider team to regularly contribute to marketing activities.
The role will involve:
- Maintaining and promoting the brand consistently across all channels.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies which include relationship marketing and direct marketing.
- Reporting on industry trends and conducting competitor analysis.
- Manage, co-ordinate and attend our key tradeshows.
- Developing of high quality content and literature across all channels.
- Managing the company website.

Senior Consultant
Location: Bournemouth or Farnborough, UK.
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 Dependent on experience
Description: Due to company growth, we are seeking a Senior Consultant to join the team at either our Bournemouth or Farnborough office. We are looking for candidates with knowledge of key aspects of the industry from strategy and policy, through technology and operations, as well as having an excellent understanding of how airports, Air Traffic Management, UAS and airlines fit into the overall aviation industry.
Candidates for this position should be ambitious and interested to learn more about the workings of the aviation industry. You should have a numerate degree (e.g. engineering/science preferred) and at least 5 years’ work experience, which could be in a variety of backgrounds e.g. in aviation consultancy, with an airport, within an ANSP, a research organisation or a regulatory body.

Principal Consultant
Location: Bournemouth or Farnborough, UK.
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 Dependent on experience
Description: We are seeking a Principal Consultant to support the growth and development of our team and expansion of our business.
Candidates for this position should already have established themselves as capable consultants within the air traffic, airport, aviation or transport markets. Candidates should have a numerate degree (e.g. engineering/science preferred) and at least 10 years’ work experience with an established consultancy.
Applicants should have developed significant experience in various aspects of the industry from policy or regulations through technology and operations, as well as having an excellent understanding of how airports, Air Traffic Management, UAS and airlines operate and plan for the future.
Candidates need to be ambitious and motivated in driving the growth of the business through delivering high-quality consultancy to our clients, maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring our junior staff members.

Graduate Consultant
Location: Bournemouth or Farnborough, UK.
Salary: £25- £30k plus excellent benefits
Description: As a Graduate Consultant at Think you will be involved in a variety of interesting projects for our ATM and Airports clients around the world. We are looking for ambitious and talented graduates who have at least a degree level qualification (2:1 or above) in a numerate, analytical, human factors or engineering / aerospace discipline to contribute to our project portfolio across all business areas.
The successful candidate will be expected to build and manage client relationships and maintain the standards that we expect on each assignment.
