Laura is an experience Human Factors practitioner who specialises in enhancing and developing our safety and Human Factors capabilities here at Think.

She has previously worked as a Human Factors specialist at a renowned ANSP on a variety of projects including safety assurance, User Centred Design, safety culture assessments, risk assessment, incident investigation support, simulation, validation and the delivery of HF training for operational staff.

Laura provides Human Factors support to our key clients as well as supporting the teams on a number of projects across both our Airports and ATM accounts.
